I wanted to thank you for My wife and I have just returned from a five month vacation out west. We towed our 17′ long travel trailer with our 2001 Honda Odyssey, which you have maintained for the past several years. We covered a total of 13,400 miles, travelling thru the deserts of Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada and California. We climbed up and over the Rocky Mountains and the Sierra Nevadas at over 10,851′ thru Wolf Creek Pass in Colorado, when we crossed the Continental Divide. We were 260 lbs over our total weight limit of 8,160lbs. When we started, our minivan had 113,300 miles and it had 126,700 when we returned. In all that time and after all those miles, we never had a single mechanical problem. Not one! We never overheated, never had any engine, transmission or brake failure of any kind. I did have the oil changed three times during the trip, and I did have to replace a taillight bulb in the camper, in Torrey Utah, and the passenger side headlight bulb in Calera, Alabama, in the Wal-mart parking lot. That was the sum total of our repairs. I think that this trip is a tribute to the high quality of the parts that you use and the training and skill of the technicians on your staff. Many thanks to you for making our vacation so trouble free.

I am writing to tell you what a relief it is find car care professionals such as you. You told me my 12 year old car would run like new and it does. I have searched for years to find some one who understands what “pro-active” car care means and who performs the work they say they will. The proof is in the pudding as the saying goes. My car is purring like a well loved kitten.

Dear Karl and Ed,
after the motor of my 1967 Mercedes 250SL died and you guys told me, that it is everything but easy to find all those parts you needed to overhaul it, I really learned how to appreciate your patience and perfection. German cars, especially old ones, are hard to maintain. But you brought my little blue car back to life. It runs much better than before and I am sure I will have a lot of fun with it in the future.
I see no other repair shop that could have done what you did. You went every extra mile and kept the smile!
