Many importet vehicles have utilized a ventilation filter for the passenger compartment for ten years or longer. Now domestic vehicles such as Ford Motor Company Taurus, Sable, Contour, Mystique and Continental have incorporated this feature. General Motors vehicles such as the Century, Regal, Impala and Monte Carlo, and the restyled mini-vans were designed with ventilation filters.
